This is the lesbian kiss between lead characters played by Terri Hatcher and Eva Longoria in the popular TV series Desperate Housewives season 5. There’s nothing going on between their characters though, Gabby is merely demonstrating the different types of kisses – friendly and more than friendly. Eva Longoria however, has said in interviews that she didn’t like the kissing at all even if it was with a good friend like Terri as she felt it was something so personal and intimate. In fact, she said she “hated it.”

Is it really necessary to feel so strongly about an innocent screen kiss just because it’s with another woman? Strange that there isn’t any such reaction about being too personal and intimate being half naked in a love scene with a man.

A lesbian movie scene from 2009 film Chloe between Amanda Seyfried and Julianne Moore. From IMDB: A doctor hires an escort to seduce her husband, whom she suspects of cheating, though unforeseen events put the family in danger. There are mixed reviews: Thrilling erotic adventure with some of the best acting we’ve seen out of Amanda Seyfreid to date! A great cast are wasted on a pretty dire script. Well the movie started out a little decent. The final unfolding of the plot was a little rough around the edges, but still decent. Its dialogue was erotic, but i wouldn’t go as far as saying that it was seductive. At times, it seemed like it was trying just a little too hard to be edgy.
